Hello Everyone,
Myself (aka Bernie from dub-Nation.com) and the other westcoast VW/Audi event promoters would like to personally invite you to please come out to our event called Westcoast "Season Opener" (aka WSO). Our event is to jump start the season with a BANG!
We are calling out to everyone just west of the North America!!! If you are from Washington, Oregon, Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, California, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas and also Mexico. We would like you to come out and see what we are all about.
The whole idea behind this event is to promote the VW/Audi scene, especially in the westcoast! We need all the help we can to collaborate and do something really grand! With your help, our goal is to bring enthusiast together, meet new friends, see some old faces, hold and touch new products, talk to manufacturers, gain information from shops/tuners, and also to get noticed from magazines and online websites/blogs.
For 2011, we found a great location in Big Bear Lake, CA. It's up in the mountains right next to the lake. It's secluded from everything but close to anything. When you arrive there, you can feel a very relaxed and chill atmosphere. The town of Big Bear are very inviting and super cool with out-of-towners. Plenty of lodging, we even managed to book an entire hotel walking distance from the event at a discounted rate. The venue will allow us to park over night, food and a full service bar is available. It's on the shore of the lake with an awesome scenic view. There will be plenty of activities to do the entire weekend. So it's going to epic!
This is our first year doing this type of an event. But this is NOT OUR first! Myself has hosted Oktoberfest, Dubwars and other cruises/meets. Dubfest, SoCalEuro, Fastivus and Waterwerks are among the other promoters that will be helping out with this event to make sure the event goes smoothly. We will do our best to accommodate everyone to the fullest of our abilities.
